Am I the only one really struggling with this time change? Wow. It's like I can't seem to get a grip the past couple of days. It's been like full moon times 10 around here. I even went to bed at 9:30 Sunday night thinking that would really help my exhaustion and change my outlook. It only helped a little!
Even though the afternoons are still the same length, they just seem to be dragging. I mean it's only 5:34 as I type this, but it sure feels like it's about 8! Shhh...don't tell the little tornadoes, but last night they were on their way to bed at 7 instead of 8. They're going to do the same tonight! I will use this whole getting dark early thing to my advantage as long as I possibly can.
The tornadoes thought that they were late for school the past 2 mornings because it's been broad daylight as we're getting in the car. I secretly check to see if the other moms in the neighborhood are getting in their cars because I feel the same way.
Hopefully the sun will shine tomorrow and the grey skies will go away. Grey skies never help my outlook on my want to stay in bed and do nothing days. If not, I'll do just that tomorrow. I hope F2 doesn't mind watching CSI episodes all day.
